Shell Pennant Flag

These shell pennant flags, feature a layered shell & a scalloped bottom.
These are available in two sizes, 15cm & 20cm & can choose to have the pennant flag personalised with a name, up to 15 characters or the phrase 'You are mermazing.'
These can be painted in any colours. The shell background can also be painted. Metallic paints & glitter are also available.
